If I had to pick a state that I love other than NJ- it would be Pennsylvania. Pa, in trying to give its people more opportunities for careers has come out with a new, innovative campaign, hailing the health care industry as the most happenin industry to get dizz-own with.


Seriously, its a matter of pure genious, although it's considered "one of the strangest uses of $4,157 in taxpayer money in Pennsylvania history". I wonder why....
